The cultural committee of the college works with the objective of developing the academic and cultural talents of the students, improving their capabilities to work as a team and raising their level of self-confidence in interacting with fellow students and peers.  To make the students an all round personality and responsible citizens with social obligation, college boosts the activities like Fresher’s Welcome, Foundation Day, Farewell Function, Annual social function, Independence Day, Ganesh festival etc.

After college working hours, recreation room comprising of table tennis, carom, chess and other indoor games is open for the students of the college. Sports is also given importance, as it keeps students healthy and helps in utilizing his/her time for a better purpose. Separate Sports Committee is constituted with Faculty adviser to look after all the matter related with sports. Sports kit for playing outdoor games has been procured. Students participate in inter-class, inter-collegiate sports-tournaments and have won medals.

The National Service Scheme (NSS) was launched in the college in order to promote social consciousness, a sense of responsibility, and a sense of discipline and dignity of labour among college students. The scheme utilises the leisure time of students in various item of social service, which not only helps the community, but also provides an opportunity to the students to understand the conditions prevalent in the community. The ultimate aim is to develop the personality of students through community service.
